You have two options for parking: you can either pay a daily rate of $15 or you can park where Hamilton connects with Newland street, and then walk down Newland street.
*** The Newland entrance is typically closed, so enter in at the Magnolia street entrance & drive through the lot toward the Newland courts. ***

Please come to class prepared with water, appropriate clothing for the weather, and sunscreen if you are sensitive to the sun.
Each 60 minute INSAND class is all about getting people moving together through sand fitness and high intensity interval volleyball training in a motivating team environment. When you work out in sand you burn more calories, increase resistance and build your stabilization muscles all while having low impact on your joints. What you can expect in every 60 minute class is to gain around 6,500 steps, burn at least 600 calories, get 100+ reps of volleyball drills and functional movement, and enough encouragement to last you the rest of the week . . . and your joints will be thanking you.

We hope to create a positive training environment for everyone. We ask that everyone wear proper gym attire: Men: shirts or tanks on top; pants, board shorts or gym shorts on bottom. Women: shirts or tanks on top; leggings, pants or shorts on bottom. If you’re wondering about what type of shoe to wear: good news! Class is done barefoot.
